During our visit to the La Fortuna area, we’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy several activities without feeling rushed. To make the most of your experience, we’ve selected two top recommended options:
Option 1: Start with the majestic Arenal Volcano and its trails, where you’ll walk on lava from the 1968 eruption. Afterward, cool off with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of La Fortuna Waterfall. We’ll finish the day with a delicious lunch.
Option 2: Begin with a visit to the Hanging Bridges at Mistico (Mystic) Park. We’ll walk a 3.1 km (approximately 1.93 miles) trail through the forest, crossing both hanging and stationary bridges. Then, unwind with a swim in the stunning La Fortuna Waterfall. We’ll conclude with a tasty lunch.
Note: We recommend that children be at least 8 years old to participate in the tour. However, this is just a recommendation, and each family can decide based on their child’s abilities and comfort level.

- Any modifications or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time will incur a penalty of 100%.
- Our guides or drivers will wait for 5 minutes at the agreed or designated location. If the customer does not show up at the agreed time, it will be considered a No Show and a penalty of 100% will be charged.
