Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be sent in writing via email to reservations@guidemearoundcr.com and must have the corresponding confirmation from our staff. The same applies to modifications. We are only responsible for properly confirmed reservations.
Services that require PREPAYMENT are only guaranteed upon receipt of the voucher at least 24 hours prior to the service.
Cancellations Policies
All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to reservations@guidemearoundcr.com and must have a corresponding cancellation confirmation from our staff. Any cancellation made more than 3 days in advance will not be penalized, except for reservations that have required payments to third parties due to the specific operation of the canceled tour. In this case, the detailed amount plus 20% for administrative charges will be applied.
Any reservation canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice before the event will be charged 100%. We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if the reservation is canceled 48 hours or less before the event. Any group cancellation made less than 1 week in advance will be charged 100%. A NO SHOW applies to 100% of the charge. Our guides or drivers will wait for 5 minutes at the agreed or indicated location. In case of not showing up at the agreed time, it is considered a NO SHOW and will be penalized by 100%. Any modification or cancellation less than the departure time will be penalized by 100%.
