Only have one day?
Take the Hanging Bridges Tour in the morning and the hot springs in the evening. It covers rainforest, canopy views and a soak in a single day.
Travelling with kids?
The Sloth Tour and the hot springs are the easiest with children. Rafting is the one we don't recommend for young kids.
What if it rains?
Rain is normal here and most tours run anyway — the forest is at its best. If weather makes it unsafe, we reschedule or refund.
Do all tours need a minimum?
Yes, two people minimum on every tour. Solo travellers are welcome — message us and we'll try to pair you with an existing departure.

Help Me Choose the Right Tour
The Hanging Bridges Tour and the Sloth Tour are both easy walking routes with well-maintained trails, making them the most family-friendly options. The Hot Springs Tour with Dinner is also relaxed and works well for mixed-age groups.
White Water Rafting on the Balsa River is the most active option, with Class II-III rapids over 5–7 hours. The Arenal Volcano Tour is a moderate hike along the 1968 lava trail at Mirador El Silencio — suitable for most fitness levels, but with more elevation and distance than the wildlife walks.
Baldi Hot Springs and Ecotermales are separate resorts near La Fortuna. Our Hot Springs Tour with Dinner is a guided package that includes entrance to a geothermal pool and dinner — the private format also adds round-trip hotel pickup, all arranged and accompanied by Yarenis.
Yes — every tour above can be booked in a private format. Private tours are personally guided by Yarenis Ramirez and tailored to your pace and interests, while shared tours run in small groups with one of our bilingual partner guides.
The Celeste River isn't part of our current tour lineup, but check our blog for a full guide to visiting it — and feel free to message us on WhatsApp if you'd like help building a custom itinerary around it.
Hotel pickup within the main La Fortuna corridor is included with most tours; pickups farther out may have an additional fee — just ask when you book. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead, especially in high season.
