Cancellation Policy
- Modifications or cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure carry a 100% penalty.
- Guides and drivers wait up to 5 minutes at the agreed pickup point.
- Not appearing constitutes a No Show, which also carries a 100% penalty.
- However, if your plans change, please contact us as early as possible – we will therefore always do our best to find a workable solution.

- A minimum of 2 adults per booking is required for both formats.
- Children 0-4 join free. Children 5-11 pay the reduced rate shown above.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times on the bridges.
- The tour operates in English and Spanish – mention your language preference when booking.
- Hotel pickup is included for most La Fortuna properties. Hotels outside the main corridor may have a small extra transport fee – confirm at booking.
